A One-Day Facilitators Training Workshop
What is CHILLAX? Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) is a Neurotype which can result in periods of hyper-focus and emotional regulation. It can affect children’s learning and social skills, as well as impact on family dynamics and relationships. Chillax is a fun and active six-week strengths-based skill building course for primary school aged kids (could also be adapted for high school students) diagnosed with ADHD or who have learning disabilities similar to the ADHD diagnosis.
This training is for all professionals who work with teenagers. Participants attending this training will understand the theoretical background of Chillax and shown how to effectively facilitate this course.
